This past spring we caught a special bass now named “Betty” below the Bay Bridge. In 2015 she had a transponder implanted while swimming near Massachusetts. It shared her location using satellite telemetry as she traveled up and down the east coast for over 3 years. You can check out her travels on a Google map here. Zoom in and click away!
