Reservation Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We may ask for a deposit of up to 50% of the chartered rate which you may pay via PayPal or check. A paid deposit will secure your date. The balance will be due the date of the charter.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We require a minimum of 14 days\u2019 notice to cancel or reschedule a charter using the applied deposit. Failure to do so will forfeit your deposit of no more than 50% of the charter amount.<\/p>\n

Foul Weather Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of inclement weather or the forecast of inclement weather, unless contacted by Captain Jeff, you are required to show up on the date of charter. If it is determined by Captain Jeff that the weather is too bad, your deposit will be applied to a later date.<\/p>\n

We provide all the tackle and coolers of ice. BYO food, drink and foul weather gear! Make sure to call or email Jeff before your trip to confirm the marina you\u2019ll be fishing out of.<\/p>\n
